ELOS Heating Insoles Return Policy

 

1. Return Eligibility

 

Unused Products: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Used Products: Due to the disposable nature of our insoles, products that have been used or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.

 

2. Defective Products

 

•If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

•Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photographs.

•Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

 

3. Return Process for Eligible Items

Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective products.

Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

 

•Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.

•Items returned without prior authorization.
