Orders will be shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. Depending on your region, expect your order to arrive between 4 to 7 business days at the time of fulfillment.

• Unused Products: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Used Products: Due to the disposable nature of our insoles, products that have been used or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.

How long do ELOS Heating Insoles last?
ELOS Heating Insoles are designed to provide up to 10 hours of continuous heat. Warning: reaction time may be affected by extreme exposure to water or other conditions where the mixture inside the insole may become saturated.
Can I use ELOS Heating Insoles for all types of footwear?
Yes! ELOS Heating Insoles are designed to fit a wide range of footwear,
including running shoes, hiking boots, ski boots, and more. Their
flexible, orthotic-first design ensures maximum comfort and support for
any activity.
When will my product be shipped?
Orders will be shipped on a first-come, first-served basis based on estimated availability. Expected early bird shipping is currently set to late February.
How should I store the insoles when not in use?
Keep insoles inside of sealed packaging until desired time of use to prevent errant oxygen exposure and maximize the life of the product upon wear.
Storing of the insoles should be done in a cool, dry location preferably out of reach of direct sunlight to prevent any ill-effects to the reaction mixture or sealing solutions present.
How do I use the product?
Upon use, remove insoles from sealed packaging 8-10 minutes before desired use time to allow the oxygen to penetrate the reaction mixture and the heating to commence. In use, make sure to utilize the insoles in an enclosed article of footwear to ensure maximal performance. Ensure that there is always a layer of clothing or other non-flammable materials between skin and insole.
How and when is the product disposed of?
After the 10-hour reaction period, ELOS Heating Insoles can be disposed of in normal household waste (residual waste). They contain 100% natural, non-toxic materials.
